The OneChek invoice presents a consolidated report to the employer via either email transmission or web enabled access. The advantage is that all changes to enrollment eligibility can be made directly by the Employer and immediately transmitted back to us as the TPA. This transaction can reduce what was hours per month of paper work to mere minutes. It also guarantees all financial reports are totally in balance with your accounting system. Many insurers require employers to "pay as invoiced" and thus float your funds for previously terminated enrollees. With OneChek, you pay based upon your "E" report. The most popular new service enjoyed by Employers is the ACH (bank draft debit) payment system. The OneChek administrator transmits the monthly enrollment/eligibility/invoice report to you each month; you make any appropriate changes; email the authorized report back to OneChek; on the first business day of each month all your premiums are automatically paid.
