Assurance Corporation and the OneChek System - Top of Class Benefits
Management SInce 1988
- Consolidated Single Source
Insurance Billing
All
employee insurance plans can be consolidated onto the OneChek
Single Source billing system. Eliminate all "out of balance"
general ledger problems associated with insurer invoices that
don't balance with your accounting and payroll ledgers. Saves
substantial time each month. Increases the productivity of HR and
accounts payable staff..
- "Core" Benefit
Management
In conjunction with its national marketing
company (www.affordablemed.com),
the OneChek System can research lowest rates for employer paid
core benefits such as group life, long term disability, weekly
short term disability, and dental. Virtually all major insurers
are represented. Since the OneChek System will consolidate all
these core benefit plans onto its single source billing system,
there is no preference to any insurer. The client takes top
priority for service.
- "MiniMed"
Throughout the United States, there are more than 45,000,000
uninsured residents. Public research clearly indicates that
substantial numbers of these uninsured families are uninsured
solely due to cost that are too high and restrictive insurer
access (underwriting). The management of the OneChek Third Party
Administrator has developed a national "mini med" plan known as
BasicCare.

- Electronic Invoicing and
Paperless Banking
The OneChek System utilizes state of the
art billing systems that enable the corporate client to
permanently avoid paperwork clutter from multiple insurers. The
OneChek invoice presents a consolidated report to the employer via
either email transmission or web enabled access. The advantage is
that all changes to enrollment eligibility can be made directly by
the Employer and immediately transmitted back to us as the TPA.
This transaction can reduce what was hours per month of paper work
to mere minutes. It also guarantees all financial reports are
totally in balance with your accounting system. Many
insurers require employers to "pay as invoiced" and thus
float your funds for previously terminated enrollees. With
OneChek, you pay based upon your "E" report. The most popular
new service enjoyed by Employers is the ACH (bank draft debit)
payment system. The OneChek administrator transmits the monthly
enrollment/eligibility/invoice report to you each month; you make
any appropriate changes; email the authorized report back to
OneChek; on the first business day of each month all your premiums
are automatically paid. The advantage? Less work; cost savings;
maintain prompt payment record with insurers.
- Employer/Employee Database and
Eligibility Reports
The
OneChek System maintains both current and archive employee
eligibility and enrollment information on all plans of insurance -
including all core as well as voluntary payroll deducted benefits.
This valuable data base can be a priceless resource to obtain
accurate census report for life and disability renewals, retrieval
of old insurance invoices, and can be a backup for the Employer in
the event of any Department of Labor inquiries into benefit
records. Additionally, the new OneChek System provides
employer/broker access to our unique electronic enrollment system
that can totally eliminate paper based enrollment of all eligible
insurance plans and provide direct secure data feeds to our
OneChek server and to the insurer enrollment/eligibility systems.
These OneChek Systems assure you that all transactions meet
banking and HIPAA compliance rules.
